WANT TO BE ON THE FJWC BOARD?!?

We have several positions that open next year on the FJWC board. Please contact TK Harrison at tk@coobomedia.com by 1/ 27 if you are interested in serving on the board. It is a very rewarding way to get involved in our group. Positions open include: President, VP Programming, VP Ways and Means (Auction), VP Philanthropy, VP Membership, Treasurer and Secretary.

Fun Fact: You get 15 FJWC hours for serving on the board!

Blessings in a Backpack –Sherwood Elementary – Below you’ll find a sign-up genius for Friday deliveries to Sherwood Elementary for January and February. As a reminder, we go into the school and hand-deliver the bags to the students. Sign up HERE.

Here you will find the 2nd of 2 sign-ups to help out Blessings in a Backpack for Sherwood Elementary. This one is for Thursday packing nights for the semester. Great for Moms and Kids!

Have any extra plastic grocery bags? Contact Kelly and coordinate a time to drop them off.

Blessings in a Backpack – Bayou City: Drive food bags on Friday mornings to one of the following elementary schools: Bunker Hill, Hollibrook, Hunter’s Creek, Meadow Wood, Nottingham or Treasure Forest. Sign up HERE.

Prepare 20 Valentine’s treat bags to be added to food bags. Due January 30 at Holy Spirit. Sign up HERE.

Blessings in a Backpack – Spring Shadows: Every Friday, Bayou City Blessings in a Backpack volunteers deliver and distribute weekend food bags to every student at Spring Shadows Elementary School in SBISD. That’s over 600 bags! Can you spare an hour? Sign up HERE!
