Hours sale this week – January 29th through February 4th. Send your Zelle to FJWCTreasurer@gmail.com for $25 (1hour), $50 (2 hours) or $75 (3 hours) by Sunday at 11:59pm. Enter your purchased hours just like you enter your volunteer hours online! *Only Actives and Professionals are eligible to purchase hours. Juniorettes and Work Crew cannot buy hours.

AUCTION: We would like to invite you and a guest to the 2024 FJWC Galentine’s Auction on February 15, 2023 at Lakeside Country Club. Please RSVP HERE by February 8, 2024. All Active and Professionals must have one auction job, sign-up HERE if you need a reminder on what you are doing to help!

Blessings in a Backpack Bayou City: January and February service opportunities for Bayou City Blessings in a Backpack at Holy Spirit are as follows:

• DUE MONDAY! Provide Valentine treat bags to be added to weekend food bags: Sign-Up HERE
• Community food packing at Holy Spirit: February 15 – Sign-Up HERE
• Drivers are needed on Friday mornings to take food bags to elementary schools, and Volunteer Coordinator Michelle Putnick has asked for someone to help her on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 8-9: February Sign-Up HERE.

Spring Shadows Blessings in a Backpack: Sign-up HERE to help deliver an or distribute to Spring Shadows.

Spring Branch Blessings in a Backpack: Sign-up HERE for 2nd semester packing nights for Spring Branch Blessings. The May dates have not been included yet. We are waiting for confirmation of availability from the Church – stay tuned! Thank you in advance for your help.

Sign up HERE to help us deliver food bags to Sherwood and Thornwood Elementary Schools. At Sherwood, bags are delivered into individual student backpacks. At Thornwood, bags are delivered in groups to each grade level classroom. Both service opportunities are completed by 9:00AM. Thank you!!

Houston Symphony: 2024 Sign-ups are up! Looking for a ticket to introduce fine arts to children, see a concert, and get your 10,000 steps in? Don’t go off key and miss your chance to sign up to volunteer for student concerts hosted by the Houston Symphony. Click HERE and see you at the shows!

 If you prefer to volunteer on Saturdays, sign up to volunteer at the Houston Symphony family concerts.  Opportunities are available for both adults and kids (15 or older and volunteering with a parent).  Click HERE to volunteer.
