If you are a little short on hours, you can buy up to 3 hours by donating to our Senior Scholarships! This is available for one week only! Secure your hours by sending a Zelle payment to our account by using the FJWCtreasurer@gmail.com email in the Zelle app. Once your payment has been made, don’t forget to log your hours on the FJWC.org website. Payment must be dated January 30th – February 3rd to be counted.
GENERAL MEETING AND ATTENDANCE: We only have 4 General Meetings left this year! Meetings are logged from the sign-in sheets. Actives need 6 & Professionals need 3. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Blessings in a Backpack – Bayou City (at Holy Spirit Episcopal) opportunities are:
Drive food bags on Friday mornings to area elementary schools. Super easy – your car will be loaded at Holy Spirit and you drive the bags to your assigned school. Detailed instructions are included on the sign up genius HERE.
Community packing events – The standing packing event falls on the night of the FJWC auction so please have your kids sign up to fill in for the moms at the February 16 packing: HERE
Blessings has added a second packing in February for us on February 28. Moms and kids sign up HERE.
MAM – Lots of great options to volunteer at MAM this spring. And YAY for both weekday and weekend options! Sign up HERE.

Blessings in a Backpack –Sherwood Elementary – Below you’ll find a sign-up genius for Friday deliveries to Sherwood Elementary for January and February. As a reminder, we go into the school and hand-deliver the bags to the students. Sign up HERE.

Blessings in a Backpack – Spring Shadows: Every Friday, Bayou City Blessings in a Backpack volunteers deliver and distribute weekend food bags to every student at Spring Shadows Elementary School in SBISD. That’s over 600 bags! Can you spare an hour? Sign up HERE!
