Have you been a member of FJWC for 5 or more years? Or maybe you have been a member for only 4 years, but your youngest child has graduated high school? Are you still interested in seeing your FJWC friends and volunteering for our fabulous charities, but maybe wanting to cut back on some of the required hours and monetary obligations? Then you need to become a Sustainer! Sustainers remain committed to our charities and love to help out by volunteering as they are able without having to fulfill a requirement, and also enjoy socializing and attending FJWC functions. Sustainers get the best of both worlds!
SUSTAINING MEMBERS are those members who:
- Wish to participate in Club activities but are no longer required to meet active membership duties.
- Have completed at least 5 years as an Active or Professional Member in Good Standing. However, a Member may be allowed to change her status to Sustaining after only 4 years if she is a Member in Good Standing and her youngest child has graduated high school.
- Contribute financially in the form of dues that will include minimum operating costs for the upcoming Club Year as set by the Executive Board. These dues will be paid no later than September 15th.
